Well Animal cupcakes are great for a kids birthday. specially making various animals and birds etc. Here's a cupcake idea I saw about cupcake sheep. It's really cool and also very simple to make so it's not hard to make these in large numbers. I think kids would love it. Also you can make a whole theme out of it like making a board with icing grass land and then placing these sheep cupcakes on it.
